Will questionnaire assistant
To have your Will prepared as efficiently as possible, QNMU Law has developed this interactive questionnaire to assist your solicitor in drafting it. This allows you to enter all your details and wishes, enabling your solicitor to review them before your meeting.
How does it work?
You provide your information online to save time. It is sent directly to your solicitor so that they can provide tailored advice based on your answers.
What will you need?
You must securely upload your identity documents—these includes your driver’s licence ( must be both front and back ), Medicare card, or passport—through our safe and secure portal. Your prior Will is also a very helpful document to provide.
Please make sure you bring your ID to the appointment to be verified also.
We will ask for details such as the full names of your beneficiaries and executors to ensure your Will is as accurate as possible.
Some of these questions may seem very personal; we assure you that all information collected is required to ensure your Will reflects your wishes.
If both you and your partner/spouse intend to create wills through QNMU Law you must both attend the same appointment at the same time.
Wills Service Temporarily Unavailable
Our online Create a Will service is temporarily unavailable while we make some updates.
We apologise for the inconvenience and expect the service to be available again next week.
